Acted as the Local counsel of Ulaanbaatar Railways (UBTZ) JSC in its $55 million jurisdiction battle against Standard Bank PLC and successfully defended its client;
Lead counsel of the Claimant in arbitration proceedings administered by Mongolian International and National Arbitration Center (MINAC) and by the International Court of Arbitration (ICA) of
Member of advisory team in drafting Revised law on Arbitration;
Successfully adhered to client's interests in domestic consulting on ICC disputes related to construction contracts worth $ 100 million;
Significantly contributed that foreign arbitration awards in the number of millions of USD were to be recognized and enforced by the court of Mongolia;
Acting as Local counsel in EPC related litigation to be disputed under ICC rules;
Successfully represented the client's interests in litigation of 3 billion tugriks related to the condition of Build-Operate-Ownership-Transfer Agreement.

Local counsel of one of the largest commercial banks of Mongolia in multimillion-dollar transaction involving Credit Suisse;
Lead counsel of the Investor in negotiation of third Investment agreement signed by the Government of Mongolia with one of Mongolian leading companies;
Provision of day-to-day legal advice to the largest SOE in Russia.
General Advisor of Mongolian First FinTech company LendMN and AndGlobal;
Worked as a general advisor to investors in the third investment agreement of Mongolia;
Worked as a general advisor to the Mongolian co-branded satellite project;
Drafted a law on administrative, territorial units and their management ordered by the Parliamentary Office and the United Nations Development Program;
Trainer of the project to improve the capacity of civil service lawyers within the framework of the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs and the German Cooperation Project.
