Lexub experience: An interview with Ho Thi Tram (Vera) Founding Partner of ADK & Co Vietnam Lawyers Law Firm.

In this interview, Zolo Mundur, the CEO of Codelex Legaltech, spoke with Ho Thi Tram, Founding Partner of ADK & Co Vietnam Lawyers Law Firm in Vietnam, about her law practice and her thoughts about using Lexub. 

ZM: Could you please introduce yourself and your law firm briefly?

HTT: I am Ho Thi Tram (Vera), a licensed attorney-at-law in Vietnam and I have been working in the litigation & arbitration fields for over 12 years. Currently, I am a Founding Partner of ADK & Co Vietnam Lawyers Law Firm.

ZM: How do you imagine the future of the legal industry and profession?

HTT: In the period of deep integration, relationships between countries in various fields are strengthened. Accordingly, the legal corridor must be paid close attention to and ensured at all stages.  It is a reason why the legal industry will more develop. This also requires lawyers to have higher skills because, in addition to domestic laws, lawyers need to have skills in understanding and applying international treaties,  international customs, foreign laws, etc. I strongly believe the legal industry and profession will become more dynamic and diverse day by day.

ZM: What do you think are the advantages of Lexub? Would you recommend it to other lawyers?

HTT: Honestly, I have been researching and using Lexub for a while. In my point of view, Lexub is a very impressive platform where we can find valuable and reliable legal documents. ZM: Please tell us some of the tools/websites/applications you can find useful and would like to recommend to others

HTT: Well, I find that Linkedin is one of the most useful and professional websites. Linkedin is a social network in which users are mainly professional businesses and individuals. They share a variety of useful information in many fields such as law, economics, finance, culture, etc. Furthermore, we can easily connect and communicate with other members there, find cooperation opportunities and promote our brand through this website. Thanks to Linkedln, we have established relationships with colleagues as well as clients who are domestic and foreign individuals and businesses. In addition to Linkedin, Facebook is also a great channel to share helpful information as well as share photos and business activities of enterprises. As a result, it can be easy for enterprises to approach many potential clients and vice versa.
