Key description
- This is a letter of intent whereby a company that holds the commercial rights pertaining to a sports tournament sets out the key legal and commercial terms upon which it would be willing to grant sponsorship rights to a tournament to another company. Although designed for use in a UK context, this LOI may be adapted for use in other jurisdictions.
