- This is an agreement whereby the developer of a board game grants an exclusive license to a company to develop the prototype and than manufacture units of the game and then sell it worldwide, in return for payment of royalties to the creator of the game. Although designed for use in the UK, this form may be adapted for use in other jurisdictions.
