- This is an agreement whereby a designer of a three dimensional original design grants an exclusive license to another party, the licensee, to commercially exploit the design in connection with specified articles and goods, over a specific territory, in return for the payment of royalties on net sales. Although designed for use in the UK, this form may be adapted for use in other jurisdictions.
